Warehouse Receipt--Provision Prohibiting Commingling
WAREHOUSE RECEIPT-PROVISION PROHIBITING COMMINGLING
The goods covered by this warehouse receipt may not be stored with other [type of goods] in storage with the warehouse and must be kept separate or identifiable as the goods of depositor. The warehouse shall not commingle the goods with other goods notwithstanding the fact that the goods may be deemed fungible by law or in fact. Delivery to depositor of an equivalent [number or weight] of such [type of goods] shall not constitute full performance by the warehouseman of its obligations under this agreement.
